The administration module is a cornestone of the Nixxis Contact Suite.
The whole approach of the system’s administration is business oriented.
The administration module enables you to build business campaigns. Campaigns can have an incoming or an outgoing nature.
The administration module enables you also to define the different agents that will work on those campaigns. For every agent you can set the skills they have and the languages they speak.
Those skills and languages will be matched with the needed skills and languages that have been defined on campaign level. This will result in the skill based routing possibilities of the Nixxis Contact Express solution.
In addition for every campaign one can indicate when the campaign is open and what to do in case someone calls the call center during closing time.
