For the predictive mode the user can indicate the maximum abandoned rate that is allowed on the campaign. The dialer will never go over that maximum. If it is at risk to go over it the dialer will automatically slow down.
The user can import the to be dialed records and has the possibility to recycle certain records based on the qualification of a previous contact for the given record or based on the dial status of a previous attempt (e.g. recycle all answering machines)
For every dial status the user can indicate when the dialer should dial the record again (e.g. in case of “no answer” try again 2 hours later.
