The Nixxis scripting tool is a fully integrated scripting environment with direct access to the campaign and agent definitions as they are defined using the standard Nixxis Administrator.
All database fields and campaign qualifications are available in the scripting environment: no need to change the script when an additional qualification is defined on the campaign level!
The script is designed making different pages all containing text fields to support agents in their argumentation, data entry fields to update immediately the customer record and containing navigation buttons to jump from page to page. Validations can be put on the entry fields to ensure the agent does not forget to ask information or to ensure quality of the entered data.
