About us

NIXXIS is a software editor founded by 6 key partners who are experts in call/contact centre and customer interaction tools.
It is a young company and has invested an entire year on developing the Nixxis Interaction Engine, a visionary and modular tool to respond to your needs in terms of interacting with your customers’ growing expectations. The architecture is based on full IP (SIP) and open standards and is providing all features used in a traditional environment.

The Nixxis Interaction Engine is

  • A Distribution Engine :
    A state-of-the-art and totally integrated multi-channel system, from ACD, IVR and dialler, email, instant messaging to VoIP, including administration, supervising and reporting.
  • An Integration Engine :
    A business-driven processing tool, which creates a transparent layer between your various corporate systems and allows you to pull and feedback information in real-time: CRM, Finance, HR, Helpdesk, CSS, Tele-sales, etc.


The Nixxis Interaction Engine can be deployed on customers' premises, in a hosted model or in an ASP model, offering “on demand” solutions and “pay as you use” commercial models.
