As requested by the authorities, our teams work remotely safely from their respective homes, the integrity of our operations therefore remains unchanged, and allows us to guarantee the functioning of our services and our support according to the level of quality at which you’ve been used to it for many years, 24/7. 

Our infrastructure and all Nixxis Cloud instances are monitored in real time by our Cloud and network teams. All the necessary measures are already in place in the event of the need for remote intervention on them. 

For all assistance requests, Nixxis support is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CET) Monday to Friday via our ticketing tool at support@nixxis.com (please keep the ticket number assigned to you in the subject of the mail).

During this unprecedented period and until April 6, 2020, we exceptionally authorize our customers who do not have a valid maintenance or operational support contract to contact us in the event of an emergency only.
