Dialogg AI is a platform designed to simplify the creation and configuration of AI chatbots as much as possible. You no longer need to code or go through any technical installation: everything is done easily in 5 simple steps!
Step 1: Create a free account on the Dialogg AI portal
- First, go to the Dialogg AI portal (https://app.dialogg.ai/auth/register) and sign up for a free trial.
- Next, fill in the requested information: name, email, phone number, company name…
3. Finally, you can validate via the link received by email to activate your account (remember to check your spam folder!).
Once activated, you will be redirected to the dashboard, your control center for managing and customizing your chatbot. This intuitive interface allows you to configure your chatbot, monitor conversations, and optimize its responses.

Simply formulate a clear and precise request, and Dialogg AI will automatically adapt to provide a relevant response. It enriches and refines its answers based on the information you provide. The entire process has been designed to be intuitive, even if you have no coding experience.
To begin, go to the “Create an AI chatbot” section of the sidebar. There you will find all the tools you need to customize your chatbot:
- Create a prompt – define the initial instructions for the chatbot
- Download documents and web links – provide supplementary knowledge sources
- Chatbot Playground – test your chatbot’s behavior
- Platform integration – connect the chatbot to your website or social media
- Fine-tune the settings – adjust the personality and prepare your chatbot for deployment
In the context of AI chatbots, a prompt corresponds to a prompt that guides the AI’s behavior.
To create your invitation:
- Click on “Create a prompt” (button 1) in the toolbar.
- Enter your instructions in the text box.
- Once your text is ready, click on “Save suggestion” to validate your prompt.
This step allows your chatbot to understand exactly how to respond to your users.
Thanks to its advanced technology, Dialogg AI automatically learns and refines its responses based on the queries and documents you provide. You can fully unleash your creativity with longer messages, as the system supports up to 16,000 words per message. Download documents from the platform
In order for your chatbot to be able to answer questions accurately, it is important to provide it with reliable sources.
- Go to “File Download” and “Web URL” (buttons 2 and 3) in the toolbar.
- Upload your files and, if necessary, specify links to online resources.
These documents will serve as the basis for the chatbot’s learning and will ensure more precise and complementary answers to the instructions you provide.
In this step, upload the documents you want your AI chatbot to consider. This could be a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs), information about your products, your warranty and return policies, your blog articles, etc.
Dialogg AI supports many file formats such as .pdf, .docx, .txt… You can also directly paste content or links to websites so that the system automatically assimilates the online information.
Once your files or links are uploaded, the system will analyze them and integrate them into the chatbot’s knowledge base. You can add as many documents or links as needed to enrich its responses and improve their relevance.
Again, tips for keeping attachment files up to date will be displayed on the interface, to help you easily select the most up-to-date documents and ensure consistency in the responses provided by your chatbot.
Step 3: Test your AI chatbot
Before deploying your bot, it is important to test it to ensure that it works according to your expectations.
- Go to “Chatbot Playground” (button 4) in the toolbar.
- Enter questions in the chat window. Ask questions whose answers to these questions can be found in the documents you downloaded. but also off-topic questions, in order to assess the relevance and responsiveness of the chatbot.
- Depending on the results, you can return to steps 1 and 2 to adjust the prompt or add additional documents, and thus refine the chatbot’s behavior.
Step 4: Finalize the last details before publication
Once your chatbot is sufficiently prepared with prompts and documentation, it’s time to make the final adjustments before going live. This step allows you to personalize its appearance and fully align it with your brand image.
- Go to “Publish chatbot” (button 6) in the toolbar.
- Configure the final elements: name your chatbot, write a welcome message and add a catchy phrase for users.
- Click on “Save configuration” to confirm your settings.
- Next, go to the “Integration Code” tab, copy the provided code, and paste it onto your website. This step completes the chatbot deployment on your site.
Step 5: Integration and Deployment
Integrate your chatbot into the touchpoints most favored by your customers. Dialogg AI’s cross-platform capabilities make it easy to deploy the bot on your website or social media.
Access “Platform Integrations” (button 5) in the toolbar. Then select the platform on which you want to integrate your chatbot. For example, you can choose Facebook Messenger.
Click the “Log In” button. The system will prompt you to log in to your personal Facebook account. Once logged in, Facebook will ask if you want to allow Dialogg AI to access the pages you manage. Click “Continue” and grant the required permissions, including the permission to manage messages on business pages.
You will then see the list of pages you manage. Select the one you want to connect to your chatbot, then click “Connect” or “Confirm” to finalize the integration.
If you wish to disconnect, simply click on “Disconnect” at any time.
Once connected, each message sent to your Facebook page will receive an automatic response from your AI chatbot, based on the knowledge base you have configured.

Go to the “Reviews and comments” section of the sidebar to follow customer feedback.
- Average score tracking: Check the average rating given by users to get an overview of overall satisfaction.
- Review detailed comments: Read customer feedback and ratings. This information is essential for identifying your chatbot’s strengths and areas for improvement.
Customer reviews are the most direct and reliable source of satisfaction data. A high score indicates that the chatbot effectively meets needs, while a low score signals a problem that requires immediate attention.
Examine each comment to understand the reasons. For example: “The answer received does not solve my problem” or “The explanations were incomplete or unclear.” This information helps to expand the knowledge base and adjust the wording of the answers.
By combining these two types of feedback, you get a comprehensive view of your chatbot’s performance, facilitating its continuous improvement.
Manage and summarize conversations
Dialogg AI also offers a feature that allows you to analyze in detail the content of the exchanges between your customers and the chatbot, in order to identify points to optimize.
Follow the conversations
Access the “Discussion” section in the sidebar to review the exchanges between your customers and the chatbot. This step will allow you to precisely understand the problems encountered and improve the quality of the interactions.
Analyze the exchanges
View the full exchanges, including questions asked by customers and answers provided by the chatbot.
- AI sentiment analysis: thanks to natural language processing, Dialogg AI identifies users’ emotions in each conversation and allows you to quickly spot interactions that require special attention.
- Automatic summary by AI: the system synthesizes the main points of each conversation, saving you time and making it easier to understand the problems encountered by your customers.
- Categorization by keyword or theme: each conversation is tagged according to its content, for example “order”, “product X” or “technical support”. This allows you to filter and analyze recurring problems encountered by your customers.
Important: Please note that your free trial account includes a total of 1,000 requests. After that, the chatbot will no longer respond to any further inquiries.
Some features, such as automatic conversation summarization and tag analysis, use requests to function. It is therefore advisable to regularly monitor the number of requests used in order to anticipate service outages.
You can also access the “Ad hoc reports” section in the sidebar for a complete overview of the monitoring and management of your conversations.
Automate the assignment of conversations to agents

To activate it:
- Go to “Settings” > “Automatic agent assignment“.
- Check the box “Automatically assign conversations with negative feelings”.
- Select the agents or agent groups to notify in the event of a conversation marked as “negative”. You can choose “All available agents” or specific agents.
When the AI detects a negative conversation, the system automatically sends an alert to the designated agent and transfers the discussion to them. This approach aims to ensure rapid problem resolution and reduce customer frustration by preventing them from waiting for a response without the bot being able to assist them.
