Ce KPI est un indicateur d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de qualit\u00e9 qui est utilis\u00e9 pour mesurer la proportion d\u2019appels entrants pris en charge dans un laps de temps donn\u00e9, exprim\u00e9 en secondes ou en nombre de sonneries.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration du taux de d\u00e9croch\u00e9 est faite \u00e0 travers l\u2019optimisation de la strat\u00e9gie de num\u00e9rotation des appels sortants. Le fait de composer un num\u00e9ro et d\u2019attendre que quelqu\u2019un d\u00e9croche ne garantit pas une croissance de ventes. Donc, apr\u00e8s l\u2019appel, on va prendre en compte la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de la communication et la dur\u00e9e de traitement de la demande. En conclusion, si vous prenez trop de temps pour traiter une demande, votre indicateur va automatiquement chuter.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour de meilleur r\u00e9sultat, et ainsi optimiser le temps de traitement, voici quelques conseils :\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Un agent doit \u00eatre capable de savoir quand et comment renvoyer un appel \u00e0 d\u2019autres agents et \u00eatre imp\u00e9rativement inform\u00e9 des avanc\u00e9es de l\u2019entreprise, de nouveaux produits ou services. Une bonne formation d\u2019agents r\u00e9sultera en des conseils rapides.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00a0L\u2019agent doit attentivement \u00e9couter la voix du client afin de cerner son humeur, et ainsi pouvoir r\u00e9agir en fonction, toujours dans le but de mieux conseiller et comprendre leur situation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Savoir optimiser le SVI \u00e0 travers la connexion des clients aux agents les plus qualifi\u00e9s afin qu\u2019il y ait des informations pr\u00e9cises.
