Nixxis Belgium SPRL, (“Nixxis”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and ensuring compliance with data protection legislation and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , effective May 25, 2018. This Privacy Policy applies to www.nixxis.com and Nixxis Contact Center Applications as a Service (CCaaS) and related services that are hosted and operated by Nixxis and provided to its customers. Data collected via purchased solutions from Nixxis

Nixxis is in the business of providing contact center solutions as a service (CCaaS), associated services and in the provision of these offerings to its customers. Nixxis collects information (including PII) at the direction of its customers regarding their business activities, employees, contractors, affiliates and applicants (“Customer Data”). Nixxis has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes and stores for Nixxis customers. and Nixxis will process, store and retain Customer Data in accordance with our agreement with our relevant Customer (including the transfer of Customer Data to the relevant Customer). Therefore, if you are an employee/contractor/candidate of one of our clients and you no longer wish to be involved with any of our clients using our solutions or you experience any issues related to your data included in Customer Data (such as to correct, amend or delete such data), please contact the Customer with whom you are interacting directly. Service providers and sub-processors

Nixxis may transfer PII to companies that help us provide our services. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions of this policy regarding notice and choice and service agreements with our customers. Our contracts with sub-processors contain the necessary provisions to ensure the data subject’s right under the GDPR.

Retention, deletion and correction of data
