You read it right… Thomas Vente (sales)! Coming from a line of merchants, Thomas has always been at the service of the customer as Company Manager, Sales Manager and will become our new General Manager at Nixxis as from January 6, 2020.
His background? Graduated from a business school and having a postgraduate degree in business intelligence, he started working in an IBM call center in London. He then had several business development functions for consulting firms / service companies (2005-2012). He was also founder of a company specialized in telemarketing/cold calling in BtoB (2012-2015, KLB customers, Bearing Point, Kurt Salmon…). He worked afterwards as Commercial Director of the regulated Labrador communication agency, which supports 70% of CAC40/SBF120 companies between 2016 and 2020.
He is passionate about new consumer trends, behavioral sciences and new technologies. He is accustomed since ever to constantly readjust to new consumption patterns …
He is married, 2 children, tennis and futsal player.
His objectives within Nixxis will be to help outsourcers and corporate organizations deliver a unique customer experience to the market. The challenge is to meet the new requirements related to new ways of buying and satisfying consumers (immediacy and precision in responses, use of digital media). The result will be concrete reputational and financial benefits.

Thomas aims to support at least 20% of large companies and 50% of outsourcers with at least 100 seats in France within three years. Initially, he will join the AFRC (Association Française de la Relation Client) to make Nixxis visible to 3,500 Customer Relationship Management professionals. He will also contact CAC40/CAC40 companies and others more specifically in the banking, insurance, e-commerce, distribution, health and Travel&Hospitality sectors and will go to the regions to meet the 90 French call centers.
