M\u00fc\u015fteri deneyimi y\u00f6netimi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri art\u0131k ileti\u015fimin nedenini ve m\u00fc\u015fterinin ger\u00e7ek niyetini analiz ederek her etkile\u015fimi do\u011fru zamanda do\u011fru ki\u015fiye, ister m\u00fc\u015fteri temsilcisi ister sohbet robotu olsun, y\u00f6nlendiriyor. <\/p><p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, &#8220;basit&#8221; taleplerin tamamen otomatikle\u015ftirilmesini, durumlar\u0131n karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fen derecelerde insan m\u00fcdahalesiyle birle\u015ftirerek, i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn en uygun \u015fekilde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p><p>Di\u011fer hususlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, yapay zek\u00e2 birinci d\u00fczey taleplere (destek, sat\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131 hizmet, bilgilerin otomatik s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 vb.) yan\u0131t verirken, insan ekipleri ise uzmanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez oldu\u011fu daha s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir alana odaklan\u0131r ve daha y\u00fcksek katma de\u011ferli g\u00f6revlerde becerilerini geli\u015ftirir.<\/p><p>Peki, 2026&#8217;da temsilcileriniz asl\u0131nda nas\u0131l g\u00f6r\u00fcnecek?
