Adapted company, Ceciphone was created both to allow people with disabilities to work in an adapted environment but also to offer an efficient and innovative teleoperator service. The company therefore had to find contact center software that could be customized and adapted to the needs of the company and its agents. A modular, autonomous and accessible solution was needed.
