Adapted company, Ceciphone was created both to allow people with disabilities to work in an adapted environment but also to offer an efficient and innovative teleoperator service. The company therefore had to find contact center software that could be customized and adapted to the needs of the company and its agents. A modular, autonomous and accessible solution was needed.

Ceciphone Achieves Great Results with Nixxis Contact Suite

Thanks to its adaptability and flexibility, Nixxis Contact Suite has enabled Ceciphone to integrate tailor-made contact center software for its employees. Thus a voice synthesis Jaws and a braille display for scripts have been integrated to the solution to facilitate the work of visually impaired people. Ceciphone can count on perfect synchronization of data and voice, with instant supervision of teleoperators even when telecommuting.
